We will identify the manufactures marked size where available, but we know not all marked sizes are the same.  That's why we do our best to measure each item and identify that measurement as actual size.  The following photos identify how we determine actual sizes so that you can use it to determine if it will fit.

    There are no taxes applied to sales to the United States of America.

PAYPAL: We accept Visa / MasterCard / eChecks via PayPal, you don't even need to create a PayPal account to use it.  PayPal offers a buyer protection program, ensuring your transaction is safe, secure and most of all a fair online transaction. If a PayPal eCheck is used, your items will be shipped once it has cleared - usually 3-5 business days.

General Shipping Information:

• We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling within the 10 Canadian provinces and the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. Additional shipping fees will apply to the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and US territories outside of the mainland (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, etc.).  We will notify you of the additional charges and await your approval and payment  before shipping.  International shipping charges vary.

• Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing - fraud prevention and packaging. (Note: Shipping does not include order-processing time.)

UNITED STATES of AMERICA

• Packages to the United States totaling over $20.00 are shipped via Canada Post, Expedited Mail (5 - 10 days depending on location), unless otherwise requested, or deemed inefficient. 
• Packages totaling $19.99 or less may be shipped via Canada Post, Surface Package Mail (7 - 14 days depending on location), or Letter Mail (5 - 10 days depending on location), unless otherwise requested, or deemed inefficient. 
• At any time, we reserve the right to ship in the method of our choice, choosing a method which is most effective and/or expedient. 
• Shipping costs INCLUDE insurance up to $100.00 covering the cost of the product(s). We offer additional coverage for a small additional fee.

We are dedicated to your satisfaction!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping/handling costs) within 30 days.  We regret that, due to legal restrictions for reasons of hygiene, intimates and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please e-mail us for authorization at sales@clothesandthings.com. For efficient return processing, we issue a RMA number. This number must be labeled on the outer return package. If returns are made without an RMA number, they will take longer to process.
• Items must be in their original state with the tags intact.  
• Items should be in their original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item(s).
• A refund will be issued once the item is received.
